Scan the tag. Pick your size. Walk away.
The whole service is about seventy-five seconds of your day. Here's exactly what happens, and where your stuff is the whole time.
Buy like you always would.
Every Merch2U-enabled stand has a small tag beside each item. The till takes your card as usual — the difference is what happens next.
Leave it at the till. Or drop it on the way out.
Two ways to hand over. Pick whichever suits the day.
Leave it at the till.
Perfect when you know you want to go straight in. Pay at the stand, confirm your delivery address, walk away with empty hands. The seller keeps the item until we collect.
- No queue at a drop-point
- Works for single items or a full haul
- Best for quick stops between acts
Drop it on the way out.
Like your merch on you for a while? Keep it through the set, then drop it at any Merch2U point near the exits. Staffed at major venues; self-service lockers at festivals.
- Points signposted across the site
- Open until gates close
- One QR scan, one beep, you're done
Home before you are.
We pick up after the last encore or the final whistle. Items go through our hub, get sleeved, and ship overnight — most orders land within 48 hours.
The things people ask at the merch stand.
What does it cost me?
Delivery is a flat £9.99 to any UK address. International orders ship for a flat £14.99, fully tracked and signed.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders placed on an event day ship the next morning and arrive within 48 hours. Festival orders typically ship on the Monday after the event closes.
What if it doesn't fit?
Print the pre-paid label from your tracking page and drop it at any Post Office.
Can I still try it on at the stand?
Yes. Try it, decide, scan — the stand keeps it and we'll ship the same size.
What about fragile items — vinyl, signed posters?
Anything marked fragile gets a rigid sleeve and an extra cardboard layer. We've shipped 12,000 posters without a single crease complaint.
Does it work outside the UK?
Today, UK and Ireland only. Amsterdam and Berlin pilots begin summer 2026 — sign up for a nudge.
