Site walk-through

We walk your venue with your ops lead. Mark drop-point locations, agree signage, plan the post-show collection route.

Day 2–3

POS plumbing

We connect to your existing POS (Lightspeed, Square, Shopify POS, custom) through our Stand API. Nothing rips out.

Day 4

Stand training

A 45-minute training session per stand team. Muscle-memory stuff — where the scanner sits, what beeps mean, the two shortcut keys.

Day 5

Soft launch

Enable Merch2U on one or two stands for your next event. We watch the live dashboard together.

Day 7

Full go-live

Every stand, every entry point, every drop-point. Our team stays on-site for the first two events at no charge.
